Subscription options:

There are two annual subscription options, both of which automatically renew every 12 months until you cancel your membership.

The Paypal option will give you immediate access to our members area.

The Direct Debit option is lower priced but will require you to download a Direct Debit form to sign and return to us before access to the members area is available.

Please select your preferred option below. After you have completed the form, you will be directed to the payment page to set up your chosen subscription option.

To join by Direct Debit you will need to download the Direct Debit form once you have submitted your membership details online below. Your DD form should be posted GCCG, 42 Lloyd Baker Street, London WC1X 9AB. You don't need to fill out the reference number field, we will provide the reference.

Or for faster activation of your membership you can fill out the DD form, sign it, scan it and email it to treasurer@gccg.org.uk . Please send the scan as a PDF not a JPG file for readability.

Please note that your membership will not be activated and you will not be able to attend events, join the Facebook group, receive the quarterly magazine or take advantage of any other membership benefits until your subscription has been set up.

Subscription Options

Member Standard - 17.50 GBP per 1 year - Ongoing.

12 months subscription payable by Direct Debit. You will need to complete the direct debit form and return it to the Treasurer within 14 days of completing this application. Please note that if you bank with Barclays, you will need to use the PayPal option as Barclays do not support Direct Debits on our system.

If your form is not received within 14 days, your record will be deleted and you will need to complete the joining process again to proceed with your application.

Member Standard - 18.50 GBP per 1 year - Ongoing.

Membership subscription payable by Paypal. Once you have submitted the form below, you will automatically be redirected to you PayPal account. Once you have logged in to Paypal, the payment option will be set up for you to approve. This option costs an additional £1 due to PayPal commission charges.

Data Protection Information

GCCG processes your personal data in order to fulfil our contractual relationship with you as a member of the Club. This enables us to process subscription payments and renewals and deliver the benefits of membership such as the supply of tickets for events, sending you a printed magazine and email newsletters with information about events. Your personal data is collected via the above form, via the Direct Debit printed form, and via online event booking forms within this website's password protected Members Area. Your personal information will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of Club related communications and events. GCCG takes the security of our members' details seriously and never releases personal information for third party marketing use.

Your data will be kept in a password protected database on a secure server accessible only to you and authorised officers of the Club. Limited information, such as your name, city, cars owned, and information entered in your General Information field, etc will be available to view by other members of the club. No contact information will be displayed in your profile. You may opt not to display any information to other members by changing the settings in your profile. To view or change this profile information click the "My Profile" menu link once you have logged in.

Any credit card information provided when paying your subscription is collected and stored by a secure Paypal website and not by GCCG. The bank account details for Direct Debit subscriptions are kept securely offline and are not held within the website. Our Direct Debit Originators are C A Daw & Son Limited. Their name will normally appear on your statement and not GCCG.

If you decide to leave the club, or your subscription expires and is not renewed, your data will be retained for a period of up to 3 months in order to deal with any queries from you. At the end of this period all your data will be deleted. You can view and update your data at any time by visiting the 'My profile'page. If you wish to delete your data please please submit a request to webmaster@gccg.org.uk . Please note that deleting your data will result in immediate cancellation of your membership as we will no longer be able to deliver our service to you.
