International

I’m Johnathan Kain, the club’s Area Organiser Liaison Officer. I drive both a 2023 MX5 and  a 1995 Jaguar XJ Sport. I have been an enthusiastic GCCG member in Scotland for many  years now, which has given me a wonderful place where I can be myself and enjoy my  interest in classic cars with like-minded people who have become close friends.

Welcome to the International region. The Gay Classic Car Group is proud to have a  dedicated contingent of International members, many of whom have strong connections to  the UK as frequent visitors or past residents. We greatly value the dedication of those who  choose to maintain their membership of our UK-focused group.

International members have the same rights of membership as any other member and are  warmly welcomed by the committee, Area Organisers, and fellow members. Membership  from any part of the world enables you to participate in events when you are present in the  UK, and International members are entitled to attend any GCCG events during their visits.  Like all members, International members also receive the monthly All Torque newsletter  and four copies per year of our full-colour printed magazine, the Big End Journal.

If you will be visiting, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Area Organiser for the region  you will be in, or to the committee, and we will be delighted to ensure you receive a warm  GCCG welcome.

We also offer complimentary corporate membership to overseas clubs with whom we  exchange magazines. Many UK-based GCCG members also travel to enjoy the hospitality  of sister clubs’ events in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
