Anglia

Hello, I’m Glyn Pritchard, the Area Organiser for Anglia. Often to be found driving my Rover 75, I’m lucky to be the owner of a few classic cars.

Anglia is a large region stretching from the outskirts of London in the south to the big skies of Norfolk with its long roads and flatter landscapes. We also have a long and varied coastline with a long history reflecting the history of Great Britain facing Europe and Scandinavia.

We are blessed with a vibrant classic car scene with a wide range of local garages and international specialists as well as a number of established dealers.

In the past, we have attended events at small breweries and vineyards, visited stately homes and defensive/war architecture and have visited a range of classic car specialists ranging of all types. The area is fortunate to be the home of a number of car and other vehicle museums to enjoy.

Our members like to drive their cars and visit places with a good meal to round off the day (or even start the day – we’re flexible)!

We are always keen to visit interesting places so feel free to suggest somewhere new.
