About the GCCG
‘The Gay Classic Car Group was founded in 1988. The first events were attended by a handful of people in a London pub. Since then, the club has grown to over 1,600 members across the UK and worldwide. Building on its success, the GCCG is now the club for LGBTQ+ classic car enthusiasts who enjoy driving, sharing experiences, and making lasting friendships.
Our members own everything from modern classics to vintage treasures, in every condition and value. You will be warmly welcomed whether your classic is a beaten-up daily driver or a rare, concours-condition, coach-built exotic.
With ages ranging from 19 years old to 92, the club provides wonderful opportunities for different generations to meet and share experiences.
Don’t own a classic car? No problem - you can ‘car tart’ as many members are happy to share rides when out and about at events.
