Ho ho ho! In time-honoured fashion, our usual first-Wednesday-of-the-month pub gathering will be our Christmas meal.
The usual three-course meal including tea or coffee is £35.95 per head.
(Alternatively two courses can be chosen for £29.95 per head.)
If anyone in your group chooses Cheese & Biscuits as their dessert, please remember to add the £2 supplement to your payment.
Full payment for your meal must be made in advance. This system was successful last year and worked well.
This means you will only need to pay for your drinks and tips on the night.

· Step 2) PAYMENT
Please transfer the total amount for your order into the GCCG bank account:

For anyone who hasn’t embraced online banking, an alternative is to make a cheque payable to GCCG and pay it in at a bank (the account is at Barclays) or any Post Office, using the details above on the paying-in slip.

· Step 3) CONFIRMATION
Then send Graham an email advising your food choices and those of any other members of your party – with their names – and confirming the amount you’ve paid to the Club’s account.
This is to enable proper record keeping and reconciliation of the Club’s accounts.
· DEADLINE
You must decide what you are eating, pay in full to the GCCG, and confirm to Graham no later than Tuesday 25 November.
· TIPS
Being the season of goodwill to all people, please don’t forget to tip the hardworking and friendly staff at the Cock who provide excellent service to us month-in, month-out.
· SECRET SANTA
By popular demand, please acquire a special mystery gift valued (far) less than £15, wrap it to the best of your ability, bring it with you, and then pop it into Santa’s sack!
